Shipping policy

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates, with Dubai as our primary delivery region.

Order Processing Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Shipping Charges Enjoy free shipping on all orders over AED 99. Orders below AED 99 may be subject to a standard shipping fee at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email and/or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Damaged or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately and we'll resolve it promptly.
