Refund policy

We hope you love your Glassology products, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return and exchange process super easy.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from receiving your item to request a return.

How long do I have to return or exchange my purchases?
You may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange your purchase within 10 days of receiving the product. Depending on product availability, items may be exchanged for an item of equal value.

Returns will NOT be given in the following situations:

Items with signs of use, wear and tear, damage, dings, scrapes, without manuals (where applicable), warranties, accessories, etc.

Items with visible scuffs or marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Corporate purchases/bulk orders may not be refundable, which is defined as orders of more than 10 products. 

Once the returned item arrives at Glassology's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

 You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address

If your return is accepted, we will come and take your return order, and the refund and exchange will be done accordingly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
